Build the set

Tags and smart filters

Tag songs your way, then save filters like "Openers" that stay up to date as your library changes.

Add tags on the song card: any word that helps you build a set, like “opener”, “ballad” or “singalong”. Click a tag in the sidebar to see its songs.

Right-click a tag in the sidebar to rename it, merge it into another tag, or delete it. Every song changes with it, and saved smart filters follow. Edit > Undo takes it back.

Choose New Smart Filter in the sidebar, name it, and add conditions: tags, proficiency, key, tempo, length or how often you’ve played it. The filter lists the songs matching all of them, and keeps updating.

Smart filters are small files in your library’s filters/ folder, so they travel with it.

The built-in Missing essentials filter lists every song without a key, length or tempo.
