Build the set

Build a set for a gig

Tick songs in the order you want them, then fine-tune the order. Every song appears once per set.

  1. Choose Setlist > New Setlist… (⇧⌘N) and give it a name.
  2. In Pick (⌘1), type in the search box to narrow the library, then press Space on each song you want. The order you tick them is the set order. ⌘A ticks every song in the filtered list.
  3. Switch to Arrange (⌘2) and move songs with ⌥↑ and ⌥↓, or drag them.

Space ticks songs in order, Command-2 switches to Arrange, Option-Down moves a song.

In the main library, ⌘-click or ⇧-click to select several songs, then choose Add to Setlist. Setlist > Add Selected Song to Setlist adds the selected one.

A song can be in a setlist only once. Segue won’t add it twice.

To play a song in another key or with another capo for this setlist only, choose Edit Key, Capo and Note… on its row. The song itself doesn’t change.
