Privacy settings
Two separate questions, usage analytics and crash reports, both asked once and both changeable in Settings.
The first time you open Segue, it asks two separate questions: Share usage analytics and Send crash reports. Nothing is picked for you, and Segue has no account and never uploads your songs.
Change either answer any time in Settings > Privacy.
The privacy policy says exactly what each one sends, and to whom.
